Summary

During the excavation of a monumental temple site, numerous votive offerings and coins were discovered. The total number of coins varies according to publication but was between 359 and 385 Iron Age coins and between 17 and 19 Roman coins. The Roman coins were not examined in any detail in the publication but appear to have been Roman Republican and Imperial denarii. The latest coin was an issue of Nerva.
